Nice apartments. Inside the apartments are very pretty with accent walls and nice flooring Although the fixtures, bathroom area and cabinets are very old, need to be replaced. Maintained well. Love how the maintenance people are very responsive to any issues. Very nice front and court area. Near the highway area and easy access to shopping areas. extremely affordable.

I would tell someone that they are good apartments. They keep the area clean and haven't seen anything to complain about. The only thing is that I would recommend filling the pop machine in the laundry room; there hasn't been any pop since we moved in. That isn't a big complain, but the only thing I could think of. The people living in the apartment building are quiet and aren't loud on the weekends.

The people who work at Lancaster Village work so hard. They are really nice and kind to all of their residents. They are caring and just good people!

I love the area. It is located in a family friendly area. On site management and staff are always friendly and willing to help.

sometimes hard to find parking, they could use more lights outside to light parking lot. good managers, well kept up. and decent size apts.

Not a bad place to live at all and is pretty convenient to get to anywhere you need to go. I have had no probelms to report at all.

Perfect location, reasonable rent rates, friendly and accomodating staff. However I wish the parking rules were enforced, as I very often come home to find no parking spaces, and mostly non-resident cars in the lot.

Prompt Maintenance service, close to conveniences (shopping, gas, coffee shops, etc.), reasonable rent, and don't forget about the pool! On the down side, snow removal could have been better. Narrowing the entrance to the street to one lane and piling the snow at this point so high was inconvenient and potentially unsafe, but this is Minnesota. What do you do?

Lancaster Village is a great place to live. Everyone is friendly and curtious. Everyone minds their own business and is very quiet. Staff onsite are nice and everyone is well here. The only thing that can be improved are the amenties; workout area(small and not much varity).
